Alex Levinson

Alex Levinson is a former Chief Information Security Officer specializing in AI security, offensive security and counterintelligence. He advises public and private sector organizations on complex, high-stakes security challenges. He previously led security at Scale AI, protecting advanced machine learning systems against emerging threats. His career spans security engineering at Uber and Zynga and senior red team consulting at Lares. Alex serves as Executive Director of the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition after nearly fifteen years on its red team. He also maintains widely used open-source security tools.
