Frederik Haentjens is  the Owner of Boxology Academy, a Training and Consulting firm, and GetDesignThinking company. He has 20 years of specialist experience in Disruptive Innovation, Organizational Design & Development (ODD), Organizational Agility, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Remote Working. He helps Middle Eastern, African and Asian organizations in the public and private sectors to achieve their Business challenges. In partnership with Informa, he has conducted Innovation courses for STC Saudi, ADNOC Abu Dhabi, TAWAL, ROSHN, EMAAR, SAR and Etisalat. 

Frederik does not only teach about Design Thinking, Innovation, Agility and Digital Transformation but he also has some of his own Innovation & startup initiatives:
