Ugo Vignolo Lutati

Ugo has got a bachelor degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Torino with maximum of votes. After that he moved his first steps as professional within the consulting firm PwC, based in Turin, contributing in developing and growing of a new group of professionals specialized in Financial and IT Risk&Controls models and analysis; during this experience he also moved two times in North America (Vancouver and Washington DC). After years, he moved to EY Advisory to accept a challenge in leading the IT Risks Turin Team and to manage primarily the SOX project for a big Italian American car maker. In 2018 he finished his path within consulting firms and he joined the cruise industry in Genoa under Costa Crociere flag. Here he lead the Internal Control, Governance and Finance Change Management Team reporting to the Group CFO, improving his Finance knowledge and experience, reaching also the role of Finance Director for a new joint venture, defined with a Chinese partner. In his role he also has been covered as member of Collegio Sindale and of Oganismo di Vigilanza for Costa Crociere. Due to pandemic and the crisis of Cruise Industry in September 2020 he decided to accept a new opportunity for EY in leading the design and the implementation of a new hub of Delivery and Innovation for EY Assurance Italy in Bari; he manage the start-up for 3 years and he left an organization up and running, producing efficient and effective activities to support smartly the parent external projects. Recently, one year ago he accepted another new challenge, offered by Prada Group, to create a new team and lead Cyber Security strategy, as Group CISO.
