Quinn Carman

Cybersecurity Leader, National Security Agency (NSA)

Quinn Carman has over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with the majority of that time occupying operational and leadership positions on multiple United States Department of Defense Red Teams. While on Red Teams, Quinn has occupied a number of operator and leadership roles, most recently serving as the Chief of the National Security Agency’s Red Team. He is in expert in cyber-attack, cyber defense, close access, and in social engineering and has led engagements targeting some of the most secure facilities and networks in the world. With a deep knowledge and decades of real-world operational experience, Quinn feels it’s critical to understand how networks are attacked so that they can be successfully defended. Prior to his work on the Red Teams, Quinn was a network administrator and network security engineer in the Health Information Management industry.
