His role involves formulating effective and agile regional IT strategies to support business growth in emerging, developed, and advanced markets. Twenty years at Panasonic have equipped him with extensive domain experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Security, Enterprise Integration, Business Insights, Procurement, Logistics, HR, Accounting, and Legal.

Before joining Panasonic, Justin leveraged 14 years of global technology and product development experience at Omron Management Center of Asia Pacific. He constantly seeks game-changing technologies to develop new IT solutions that offer strategic and operational benefits to business divisions.

In his current role as APAC CISO & CPO, Justin drives essential security transformations to enable and accelerate Panasonic's DX strategies for the business and operational transformation of APAC companies.
