Mr. Fal Ghancha is an Information Security professional having rich experience in the Information Technology & CyberSecurity field focusing mainly in Information & Cyber Security Policies, Projects, Compliance, Risk & Audit Management, Corporate Investigations & Forensics.

Mr. Ghancha currently works with DSP Investments as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. He is currently an integral part of InfoSec Team & solely responsible for Information and CyberSecurity Governance, Policies & Processes, Information Security audits, Management Reporting & many more.

Before DSP, Mr. Ghancha was part of Aegon Life Insurance as CISO and was handling information security governance, policies, audit, compliance, reputation management etc. Mr. Ghancha have worked with renowned organizations like Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited, Welspun Group earlier.

He has conceptualized and headed many projects in the field of IT vis-a-vis Information Security like Dashboards, Identity and Access Management, Single Sign On, Password less authentication, DLP, VPN, Firewalls, Antivirus, VA-PT, Enterprise Security Management, Policy Gap Analysis, Large Scale Multimedia Projects.
