Dr. Matt Lemon

Matt is the VP of Cybersecurity for Huawei Mobile services, he leads the security and risk operations for the mobile and cloud ecosystems as well as managing the vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, red-teaming and, incident management, SOC and risk functions among others.

Prior to working at Huawei, Matt was the CISO for RBS one of the worlds largest retail banks and before that was a Partner in IBM’s Security Practice working with their Fortune 100 clients on cloud transformation and security projects. Matt also held a Government CISO role for several years prior to IBM.

Matt has significant experience in IT and Security, building high functioning teams and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He also holds a Masters in Intellectual Property and Technology Law in Ireland.
