Chris Lyth

Chris is group CISO for Arup. Prior to joining Arup Chris worked with a non-governmental organization in Afghanistan for 4 years delivering on the UN Millenium Development Goals and directing security in an active conflict zone. Working for an NGO in war-torn Afghanistan has given Chris a breadth of experience and an alternative view on issues that is beyond the mainstream. Actively involved in the World Economic Forum, Chris strongly believes that cyber security is fundamentally an environmental, social and governance issue and will play an increasingly important role in the sustainability agendas of all organisations moving into the future.
