Highly organized and diligent Computer Scientist $ Business Administrator (Ph.D.s CS & BA) drawing upon twenty-six years of experience in computer technologies including twenty-two years of field deployment projects/consultancy, twenty-one years of corporate plus government training, & nineteen years of university professorship to contribute to smooth and productive project operations and applied training with a major focus on IT, cyber security, project management, and coding.

Outside the DoD, I have consulted and trained for all Federal Departments excluding one. In the private sector, I have had the opportunity to consult for and train over 150 Fortune500 organizations. I have managed thousands of personnel as a Dean, VP of IT & CIO.
