Brian Gallagher is the Co-Founder of Partisia Blockchain with responsibility for application and business development. Prior to co-founding Partisia Blockchain, Brian co-founded UndergroundCellar.com, a leading e-commerce wine marketplace in the United States, and Insights Network, a blockchain technology software development company. In his 7 years as a Co-Founder in the blockchain technology space, Brian has raised over $75 million in funding for his organizations, has invented, and been granted several blockchain technology patents from the United States Patent Office. Brian Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the Field of Finance and Entrepreneurship from the W.P Carey School of Business from 2008-2012.
