Allo, an Argentine lawyer, holds an LL.M. in Cyber Law and Policy from Syracuse University, a Master's in International Relations with a focus on International Security from Harvard University, and a postgraduate in cybersecurity and compliance from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
