In 2022, the global artificial intelligence (AI) market was estimated at US$ 119.78 billion.

Forecasts expect market value to reach US$ 1,597.1 billion by 2030. AI technologies are used across industries and organizational contexts including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, energy, etc.

As a dual-use technology, AI has profound economic and social benefits and challenges that cannot be ignored by governments, the private sector or by individuals.

The Need:

• Need for simple model to help organization, legislators and especially people to gain an understanding of Machine Learning (remove the black magic).
• Need for a simple model to help asking the right questions!
• Need for a simple model to gain a quick understanding which area might be likely to be attacked!
• Need for a simple model to go through legal, ethical, and logical topics.

The AI governance model should therefore address and support with ethical, legal and logical issues that could arise in AI systems and AI-aided tools and demystify the topic.
