Attribution, Partnerships, and Incident Response

Changes in technology, the global landscape, public expectations, network defender needs, and the cybercriminal ecosystem itself have complicated established attribution processes, given rise to some difficult questions, and made the world rethink how we can most effectively approach evolving threats.
