Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Black Hat MEA Newsletter Referral Programme (the Programme). By participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Eligibility: The Programme is open to all eligible individuals who are subscribed to our newsletter. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Tahaluf and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
 
2. Referral Process: To participate, refer friends, colleagues, or acquaintances to subscribe to the Black Hat MEA newsletter 
using your unique referral link provided to you upon signing up for the Programme.
 
3. Prize Allocation: a. Prize Discretion: Tahaluf reserves the right to decline awarding any referral prize, or to change any referral prize, at any time and at its discretion, without providing a reason. 
 
Tahaluf’s decision in respect of the manner in which prizes are or are not awarded, and who prizes are or are not awarded to, is final.
 
 
b. Referral Prizes: 
 
1. Business Profile Newsletter Shoutout: The recipient's business profile will receive a prominent mention within the Black Hat MEA newsletter. The content of the business profile must strictly conform to Tahaluf’s guidelines and align with the intended audience and the Black Hat MEA event’s theme.  Tahaluf reserves the right to revise the content of the business profile and withhold publication of the shoutout if it does not meet Tahaluf’s guidelines.
 
2. Social Media Shoutout and Repost: The recipient will receive a public acknowledgment and repost on Black Hat MEA's official social media channels. To facilitate this, the recipient must provide the designated social media handle/business name, along with essential content.  
 
The posted content must conform to Tahaluf's guidelines, be relevant to the target audience and the Black Hat MEA event, and feature the prescribed hashtags and links. 
 
The shared content must be original and mustnot infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights. Tahaluf retains the right to request alterations to social media content and decline publication if the content deviates from Tahaluf’s guidelines.
 
3. VIP Ticket to Black Hat MEA 2024: The recipient will receive a VIP ticket to Black Hat MEA 2024, which grants access to all stages, sessions, and activity zones throughout the event’s three-day duration. 
Additionally, the recipient will enjoy access to the VIP lounge to facilitate networking with fellow VIPs and speakers. Travel arrangements and accommodation are not included and are at the recipient’s own expense.
 
4. $300 Discount on Training Courses: Recipients will be entitled to a $300 discount on a training course of their choice. The training course must be selected from the official list of courses offered during the Black Hat MEA 2024 event. 
 
Course Selection: Recipients can apply the discount to any training course available during the Black Hat MEA 2024 event. Discount Usage: The discount is applicable only to one course per recipient and is non-transferable. 
 
Expiration: The discount must be used by the conclusion of Black Hat MEA 2024. If unused by this date, the offer will expire. 
 
Non-Refundable: If the recipient cancels their participation in the training course, the discount cannot be refunded or 
transferred to another training course or event.
 
Guidelines: The recipient must ensure that all requirements, including registration deadlines, are adhered to in order to redeem the discount. Without limitation, Tahaluf reserves the right to amend or revoke the discount if any violations occur.
 
4. Data Privacy: Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Tahaluf's Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://tahaluf.com/privacy-policy.
 
5. Disqualification: Participants engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to using fake 
accounts, violating social media platforms’ terms of use, or providing false information, will be disqualified from the Programme.
 
6. Modification or Termination: Tahaluf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, without prior notice.
 
7. Agreement to Terms: Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and/or the Programme in general.
