With Oman rapidly digitalizing in pursuit of Vision 2040, it is essential that it secures itself against threat actors looking to undermine its progress and cause damage to its economy and people.
Oman has a young and vibrant population and is in an ideal position to become a regional cybersecurity hub. To foster its growth, Black Hat is facilitating an Oman chapter to promote awareness, research, and events to scale up the information security community in Oman, using the 968Sec community partner as a vendor-neutral medium.
Hosting a collection of both Omani and International information security experts living in-country, Oman's information-sharing and education opportunities are boundless.
